LEGAL
Terms of service.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
The agreement
These terms govern your use of oakwright.co and of Oakwright's hosted software. By using either, you agree to them. If you are using the software under a signed agreement with Oakwright, that agreement wins wherever the two differ.
The service
Oakwright provides business software workspaces that automate sales, research, and operations work, plus related consulting. Each customer workspace runs on its own instance. You own your data; we operate the machinery.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of communications sent from your workspace. The software holds every outbound email for your approval; approving a send is your decision and your responsibility, including compliance with CAN-SPAM and the laws that apply to your outreach.
- Keep your credentials and passphrase to yourself. Actions taken from your authenticated workspace are yours.
- No unlawful use: no spam beyond applicable law, no infringing content, no attempts to breach or overload the service or anyone else's systems.
Third party connections
You may connect third party accounts, such as Google, to your workspace. Those connections are governed by the third party's terms as well as ours, and by our privacy policy. You can disconnect them at any time.
Intellectual property
The software, this site, and their contents belong to Oakwright. Your data and the work product your workspace produces for you belong to you.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it correct and available, and we do not warrant that it always will be. To the maximum extent the law allows, Oakwright is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your instance to be deprovisioned, which destroys its data. We can suspend or end service for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date above changes with them and continued use means acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
